Why we exist

When a family needs in-home support, the options usually fall into two camps: gig marketplaces with rotating strangers, or large agencies built around insurance billing rather than family experience. Neither is what affluent Tampa families want when their parent, spouse, or loved one needs help.

We built Accumula as a third option — a small, focused, premium private-pay concierge service. Smaller by design, so coordination is personal. Premium by intention, so dependability is the standard. Private-pay only, so we can move quickly and tailor every engagement.

What we are not

We're not a home health agency. We don't provide nursing, personal care, or any clinical services. That clarity is intentional — it's what lets us focus on doing the companion and homemaker work extraordinarily well, and it's why we partner with elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and concierge physicians who handle clinical needs.
