What we do not provide

  • Personal care (bathing, toileting, transferring, lifting)
  • Healthcare or skilled nursing services
  • Medication administration or management
  • Wound care, injections, or clinical procedures
  • Diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic services
  • Hospice or end-of-life clinical care
  • Behavioral health interventions

Why this matters

Maintaining a clear non-medical scope is what allows Accumula to deliver dependable, premium lifestyle support, companionship, and household assistance. Families who need clinical services should engage a licensed home health agency or healthcare provider. We're happy to refer.

If your needs require clinical care

Please contact a licensed home health agency, your physician, or a geriatric care manager. For urgent medical situations, call 911. Accumula companions are trained to recognize and report concerning observations to the family and coordination team.
