Submitted information is used to coordinate consultations, deliver services, communicate with families and partners, screen staff applicants, and operate our business. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
Information is accessible to the Accumula coordination team. We use trusted third-party providers (secure database, payment processor, email) bound by their own data-protection terms.
Communications consent
By submitting an intake, contact, partner, or staff form, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email regarding your inquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@accumulaliving.com.
Data retention
Active client and partner records are retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period after for business records. Unmatched staff applications are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@accumulaliving.com.
