Why private-pay only?
Private-pay allows for faster onboarding, greater scheduling flexibility, and a more personalized support experience. We're not constrained by insurance authorization or Medicaid scheduling rules.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Companion and homemaker hours according to the plan, designated coordination, scheduling, family communication, and ongoing service refinement.
What's not included?
Mileage outside standard service area, supplies purchased on behalf of the client, and any services outside our non-medical scope.
How is billing handled?
Monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly billing through trusted third-party invoicing. Payment is secured before service begins.
Can hours flex month-to-month?
Yes — your plan establishes a baseline. Additional hours are available, and your coordinator will help you right-size over time.
