Companions arrive on time, every time. Schedule changes are communicated proactively through your designated coordinator.
Appearance & presentation
Clean, neat, professional appearance appropriate for an affluent private home. No scrubs, no medical attire — we are not a clinical provider.
Respectful communication
Warm, attentive, and discreet. Companions treat every client and family member with dignity and follow each household's preferences on tone and formality.
Reliability & consistency
Once a schedule is set, we protect it. When a primary companion is unavailable, a vetted backup is matched whenever operationally possible.
Non-medical boundaries
Companions never perform personal care, medication administration, or any clinical task. This boundary is non-negotiable and protects every family we serve.
Confidentiality
Household information, financial details, family dynamics, and client preferences are kept strictly confidential. Visit observations are shared only with authorized family contacts.
Scheduling discipline
Confirmed visits are entered, confirmed in writing, and tracked through our internal coordination platform. Families receive confirmations through their preferred channel.
Non-Medical Services Only. Accumula Living provides private-pay, non-medical companion and homemaker services only. We do not provide personal care, healthcare, medication administration, skilled nursing, bathing, toileting, transferring, or medical services.
